About the Role:
S & S Service Center Inc is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team in Woodbridge, VA. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our dealership operations by managing the critical documentation that keeps our business running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Process and submit vehicle titles, registrations, and related DMV paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain and organize title files, lien releases, and ownership documents
- Communicate with state agencies, lenders, and customers regarding title status and issues
- Verify accuracy of vehicle information, odometer readings, and signatures on all title documents
- Track and follow up on outstanding titles and resolve any discrepancies or delays
- Assist with dealer tags, temporary permits, and license plate processing
- Ensure compliance with state and federal titling regulations and dealership policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in automotive dealership administration preferred
- Familiarity with Virginia DMV titling and registration processes is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in document processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, lenders, and government agencies
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- BILINGUAL Spanish Speaking preferred
- Must be available to work on weekends.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

New inventory arrives at our facility daily.
Our Showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
